Food Bank on the Edge

Distribution to patrons every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm, at 160 Seaplane Base Rd. Ucluelet. Patrons receive one hamper each plus a 'top up'. To get a hamper, just call 250-726-6909. There is delivery for vulnerable individuals as well as some distribution to other communities. Facebook

Fish and Loaves

Free food table every Tuesday at the Tofino Legion, 11:30am to 12:30pm, 331 Main St Tofino. (250)-726-5017 for more information or to volunteer delivery. Facebook

The KUU-US Crisis Centre is now also distributing hampers with Fish and Loaves distribution. They can be reached at 250-723-4050

Working to meet the most critical needs of our region during COVID-19, The CBT 'Giving Catalogue' allows you to donate to local charities continuing operation to help our communities.

Backyard Food Garden Kits

In collaboration with the 'Local Foods to School Haida Gwaii' and local youth Warrior program, you can get a 'Grow your Own Backyard Garden Kit' with soil, seeds, and instructions. Conatct erika@clayoquotbiosphere.org for for distribution in your community.

Tofino Ucluelet Culinary Guild Farm Box Program

Get an affordable, seasonal farm box from Vancouver Island farms every week. Pickup locations in Tofino, Ucluelet, and Ahousaht.  If you would like to donate a box to a local family, contact admin@tucg.ca Donated boxes are rotated among communities each week with deliveries to Hesqiaht, Optisaht, Tofino, Esowista/Ty-Histanis, Ucluelet, Hitacu, Macoah
